Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Online Withdrawal

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract” button displayed in our online shop.

This online function allows you to submit your withdrawal declaration directly to us.

After submitting your online withdrawal declaration, you will immediately receive confirmation on a durable medium, in particular by email, containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or to submit your online withdrawal declaration, before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Due to the potentially high value of the goods, we strongly recommend that you package the goods carefully and securely for transport and use an insured and trackable shipping method appropriate to the value of the goods.

This recommendation is not a condition for the validity of your withdrawal.

Diminution in Value of Damaged or Excessively Used Goods

You are liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

This may apply in particular in the event of damage, scratches, signs of wear, use or other traces of use, alterations or modifications to the goods, as well as missing components, accessories, original certificates, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, boxes or other items forming part of the original delivery, provided and to the extent that this results in an actual diminution in the value of the goods.

In such cases, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the actual diminution in value to the extent permitted by law and, where legally permissible, to take this amount into account when processing the reimbursement.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised to meet the customer’s individual requirements.

This may apply in particular to jewellery that has been individually made or personalised in accordance with the customer’s wishes, provided that the statutory requirements for exclusion of the right of withdrawal are met.
